Series Of Thefts From Vehicles In Pelham Crescent Chosen Drive And Pirton Lane

Officers investigating a series of thefts from vehicles in the Churchdown area last week are appealing for any further victims and witnesses to come forward.

Police are keen to hear from anyone who lives in the vicinity of Chosen Drive, Pirton Lane and Pelham Crescent who has been a victim of suspected theft from their vehicle and has not yet reported this to police.

The series of thefts are believed to have happened between the night of Wednesday 26 December and morning of Thursday 27 December.

Did you see anything suspicious in these areas during this time? Officers are also interested in hearing from anyone who saw a white man in a red top in the area of Pelham Crescent from 1pm onward on Thursday.

Police have also recovered a number of what are believed to have been stolen items and are keen to reunite the owners with these.

A 37-year-old man from Gloucester was arrested on suspicion of theft from a motor vehicle and was released under investigation pending further enquiries.
