Tinkers Hill (Chosen Hill) is a well known area for camp fires and resultant litter. The below photos were taken earlier this morning (20/07/21) the day after the UK celebrated ‘Freedom Day’ from COVID-19 Restrictions.
A Churchdown resident and nature lover snapped photos of the state of Chosen Hill and blasted the ‘partying’ on social media.
“Please, if you have litter, take it home with you – this will save the local wildlife from illness and injury and will make the environment a more pleasant and enjoyable one for all.”
Chosen Hill is surrounded by four nature reserves, treated as one large reserve by the Woodland Trust and Gloucestershire Wildlife Trust.
