Selling With MyTickets

Although not yet available, you’ll soon be able to sell tickets with MyTickets. There will be a fixed fee of £15.00 per event. You’ll also need to cover the payment processing fees (£0.20 + 1.4% of the transaction). 

MyTickets will provide the website to sell, and Android/iOS Application to scan tickets. 

We anticipate for a full launch in Autumn 2017. 

Cancelled/Altered Events

If an event’s been cancelled, we’ll refund your tickets automatically. We refund the face value plus the service charge for each transaction – you’ll see a credit onto your payment card within 15 days of us contacting you about the cancellation.

Error Messages

We know it can be frustrating to receive an error message when you’re purchasing tickets. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused. Please get in touch to notify us of the problem.
