MyChurchdown is a digital & magazine brand that aims to be different from the other ‘ad mags’. We provide articles of local interest, events, news and features to Churchdown residents. Our glossy coloured magazine is distributed FREE to 5,000 households 6 times a year. Copies are also left in communal areas in the village such as the dentists and doctors.

Ingredients

6-7 good sized potatoes.
Sea Salt
Fry light

Method

1. Peel the potatoes & slice into good sized (not too big) chip shapes.
2. Part boil them for about 10 minutes.
3. Drain & return to saucepan & shake well to fluff up.
4. Put onto an oven tray & liberally spray with Fry Light & cover with sea salt.
5, Put in a pre-heated oven (about 220) & cook for about 45 minutes.
6. Turn after 20 minutes
