Ingredients

6-7 good sized potatoes.
Sea Salt
Fry light

Method

1. Peel the potatoes & slice into good sized (not too big) chip shapes.
2. Part boil them for about 10 minutes.
3. Drain & return to saucepan & shake well to fluff up.
4. Put onto an oven tray & liberally spray with Fry Light & cover with sea salt.
5, Put in a pre-heated oven (about 220) & cook for about 45 minutes.
6. Turn after 20 minutes
